To keep the patent leather clean, moisturized, durable, and elastic, we recommend cleaning your shoes monthly to avoid the buildup of dirt and oils. If excess dirt gets on your shoes, take a slightly damp soft cloth or clean makeup sponge and wipe gently before drying immediately. To avoid contact with darker materials, always store your patent pieces in dust bags. In general, it is also highly recommended to take your shoes to a cobbler to be professionally cleaned.

RETURNS:
Our policy lasts 14 DAYS for online and in store purchases.
Items received within 14 days of delivery will be eligible for a full refund or exchange. After 14 days all sales are final and unfortunately we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Bathing Suits, undergarments, jewelry, sunglasses, candles, discounted or sale items are all FINAL SALE and can not be returned or exchanged.
